Story about “bring and take”

Bring and take have almost the same meaning. They are both used to express the action of moving an object from one place to another. The difference is that bring means moving something towards you. For example: can you bring me my bag?, or, my friend is bringing food over. Take means moving an object away from you. For example: you can take my car, or, he is taking my book away from me.
