“then vs than” by espy

 what is the difference between “then” and “than”?

those two words sound alike, however they had different meaning.

the word “then”- is a word associate with time.

                        example: today i’m going to the theater and then i’m going to shop at the mall.

              “than’– is used when something is related by size, speed. it is also a comparative word.

                             example: i’m tall than my cat.
